-There is no way we will get so many SHs
-Yamato joining at the end would be pointless since her original dream of seeing the world would be offscreened
-If Oda wanted her to join then why would he change her reasoning at the very last second? There are only 2 explanations that I can come up with: The maximun cope where Oda wants to make film red canon, so he kept Yamato away for now and will bring her back very soon, or the realistic one, that she wont join period

@TheAncientCenturion honestly this would have been very good if Oda did that

Zoro - Samurai Fleet (Kinemon and some random samurai)
Sanji - Germa Fleet (at least Reiju with clone members in the fleet), or Mink fleet (developed connection with the Mink tribe, Pedro, Carrot etc, so why not some of them, with Carrot in it, I like this one a lot).
Yamato - Beast Fleet
Jinbei - Sun Pirate Fleet
Usopp - Grand Fleet

That’s a good crew to roll up with in the final war. Too bad it’ll be 5.6k random pirates, some paradise fodder and Sabo
