And Anakin waking up as Obi realised he's alive (just now, ten years later????) gave me the chills.

The Inquisitors fall a bit flat. They don't seem menacing, their dialogue is stupid. The main dude is literally useless, he keeps getting bested by his subordinate, and she seems like this rebellious teen rather than dangerous.
