Seatonnes

is probably playing Overwatch 2
It's a Mythosaur, one of the most important creatures in Mandalorian lore and myths, Mandalorian emblem is based on the skull of a Mythosaur.

This creature, long believed to be extinct was the dominant predator species on Mandalore before the Taung arrived on the planet, led by Mandalore the First, around 7000 years before the Battle of Yavin. After conquering the planet and seemingly exterminating the Mythosaurs, the Taung assumed the name "Mandalorians" and renamed the planet Mandalore in honor of their leader.

The Mandalorians even built their first cities with Mythosaurs bones and made the creature's skull their emblem, and made the mask traditionnally worn by Mand'alor from the rigid bone of a Mythosaur.
thats legend right?
also im guessing they will just be native to mandolore and its moons

Thé show is any good ? Didn’t start it yet
Wasn’t really impressed by the Bad Batch introduction in TCW
It has lots of filles, but its better episodes are very good. Some of the last episodes, with Palpatine's speech at the Senate, the Zillo Beast's return and the last episode with Crosshair and a mistreated Clone commander dealing with an abusive Empire lieutnant on an ice world were very good.

Of course they may be copying the Byss storyline from the EU, though in Byss case, Palpatine already had his cloning facility and secret base built in advance for a potential return.

The only weaker thing about that it point was you could see the outcome 10 miles away
It was too obvious

not bad but random and simple
O m g, the number of braincells I lost while watching this episode.

First of all, the doctor is plain stupid, he's showcasing what it's like to have negative IQ. Second of all, what is a person who went through "rehabilitation" doing speaking to a bunch of nobles and politicians about research which is basically confirmed illegal in the very same episode? Like, what?

Then he gets swooned by a big eyed person who has no apparent motive to help him other than working "for the New Republic".

To help him in a pinch, he decides to ask a droid an open-ended question so that he can justify his deluded idea to continue his research. Easily the worst character yet.

I'm not going to address jumping off a train like they're butterflies, and I see that the showrunners are staging for new villains, but holy crap this whole episode does not vibe with what Mandalorian is at all.

Good part about the episode was Bo being all cool and accidentally joining a cult :milaugh:

TheAncientCenturion

I will never forgive Oda

5/10, too much time alotted to a character who effectively dies at the end of it. Interesting stuff with the New Republic, very much an Andor approach.

So far S3 of Mando has been just there though, neither bad nor good.
