For me, it was always obvious that the Strawhats have to visit the moon, but after 1138 the contrary position has become untenable.

I think Elbaf's mural is only about the second world. The paintings on the moon are alot older, maybe there are more than those we saw in Enel's coverstories. They could give us more hints for the first world.

On a final note, I expect the Moon Arc to parallel Little Garden and Punk Hazard, as I explained in this video.

I...doubt it a little.

I'm not saying the moon isn't important. It clearly seems to be. Oda seems to have ideas for at least 3 different ancient factions on the Moon (Full, Half, and Crescent). I'm just not sure the Strawhats will actually go up there. I feel like Enel is more likely to come back down to cause trouble on the planet, rather than the Strawhats going up there.

It could happen though. And it'd be neat if it did. I just feel like Oda is probably saving going into outer space for the One Piece "sequel", rather than something we do for the ending of this particular story.

You during Moon Arc:
:pepemotion:
You mistook me for some spoiled kid on internet who starts crying when things don't go their way .

Grow up.

If moon arc happens I will be glad , but I don't see it we are already so deep into final saga, no room for filler like content .

Seems a bit too late for it
Who would be the antagonist?
Oda is past the point of making up random villains so you can't send yonko level Luffy up there and have some random moon king and his goons give his crew an intense 60-70 chapter battle.
The remaining antagonists should all be the government people and the yonko or maybe Xebeck and none of them are on the moon.

in my old video i said the antagonists would be caribou+a female holy knight who wears striped clothes, who will be joined later by ju peter. now gunko was introduced. she fits well for it. caribou has alot in common with mister 3 and caesar. weakling who would try to trap the strawhats with wg help.

It could just be another Zou arc. A small transitional arc, you know...

Enel will return without question

However, it is ultimately more likely that we will see the moon destroyed than that they would travel there, given that this is a Shonen manga.
