Ikoku, Hakoku, Gungnir, Hakai are all Techniques that are meant to Copy Spear of Elbaf (Their God is Named Elbaf & his Weapon is a Spear)
So it's obvious that his Own Version of the Attack is unlike anything We've seen so far, it's supposed to be Stronger than Hakoku & Hakai

However, the entire Royal Family of Elbaf are considered Gods & They only believe in Power, Elbaf Warriors only take orders from someone who is their Superior in Strength/Power, so expect all Leaders of Elbaf Royalty (Such as their Princes & Royal Guards & Army Commander & their God's No. 2 ... etc to be more Powerful than Dorry/Brogy and easily Top Tiers)

If People aren't convinced yet, just because They think a Single Village represents Elbaf's Power, remember that Oda said He only wrote One Piece cuz of Vikings, He was actually gonna write a Vikings Manga but after discovering that Vikings are a Type of Pirates, He made the Story Bigger & talked about Pirates in General, and his Cartoon Inspiration is Vicki The Viking

And it doesn't require a Genius to notice that They represent Nine Realms of Norse Mythology.
Saul also Confirmed in Robin's Flashback that Elbaf Village isn't only Place where Giants Exist, They are a Massive Society who for some reason don't care about Human Politics

Dorry/Brogy Crew are like just the Tip of The Icerberg & yet Oda loves to Hype them & made them entre a Battlefield where a Super Buster Call is happening & come out of it like it was just another Weekend, so imagine how much He gonna Hype the entirety of the Kingdom & it's Asgard & Royal Family & their God & possibly a Valhalla-Like Location, there is also Possibility that They have their own World Serpent (As mentioned by Dorry/Brogy & Hinted in Moon Drawings ... etc

Oden is the actual King of Wano, and soon Momonuske (future top tier). They strong. Orochi was fodder but he was stand in for Kaido, who was the real effective King of Wano.
Tho, this is easy to say in retrospect, I believe many people expected Orochi to be strong before his reveal. Point however was that the true leaders land of samurai were/are strong.

Riku was the king of a regular country of fodders. Not a valid comparison.

Giants are a country with Vikings vibe, they worship strength and love fighting.
Their leader won't be a weakling.

Well Oda has obviously retconned and shonen increased their power, just like he has done with Crocodile in Impel Down/Marineford and the Scabbards in Onigashima.

Other Daimyos were implied to be standard commander level fighters, similar to Hyogoro.
So Sukiyaki probably fell in that range too. Afterall he survived a coup attempt. He might also have shifted his focus to smithing as well, he forged Kitetsu and Ame no Habakiri after all.

People don't realize that post Dresrossa Luffy was shocked at how strong dukes were, and Biege literally shat his pants sensing the monstrous power of base Cat.
And they weren't even the strongest (that's Kyoshiro).

Scabbards were great and they get shit on due to bad execution of the raid.

Dude, Momo has shown VOAT in his 8-year-old body. Zoro mentioned his body was also tough, he now has Kaido’s fruit. It’s as clear as glass that Momo will be the strongest. The boy is surely special like Oden, he just needs training.

This is not the first time that Oda has kept a strong ass figure a mystery. We didn’t know how strong Oden really was up until we were already in Wano. Then out of nowhere, Oden is revealed to be connected to every top-tier in existence. Plus, Dory and Brogy don’t even have that much hype, you’re overblowing it.

Vikings still follows meritocracy, you can’t look like a weakling to these barbarians. You’d die instantly and no one will follow you.
