If Yoru was a supreme grade before became a black blade, then yoru is the strongest.

But if Yoru was lower than supreme, and became supreme grade because its black blade, then its up to debate.

Yoru is canonically the strongest/finest blade in One Piece. Now for the questions,

Shusui, Wado, Ame, Enma are all in the same ranks. Except that Shusui is a black blade, it's safe to assume that pre-blacken Shusui belongs to the 50 Skillful Grade Swords. Hitetsu suggests to Zoro that if he blacken Enma, it would move up to the Supreme Rank.

For the Yoru part, it's depends. Either it's the weakest Supreme Grade Blade or the strongest blade of the 21 Great Grade Swords before blackening. For me personally, it makes sense for it to be the strongest blade of the 21 Great Swords since it is the strongest Supreme Grade blade after blackening.

My stance is still the same for Ace, Shodai and Bisento. They are Supreme Rank Blades by default so if they were to get blacken, they would also move up a tier and surpassing Yoru. About the grade above Supreme rank, I would just called it "God Blades" for now.

It's not just titles...those titles are an indicator of the quality of the forged blade.

It would make sense why Oda portrayed Shusui back and allowed Enma to be lent to Zoro in exchange.

To be fair, Mihawk is counting his yoru as the strongest due to it having become a black blade

So the question now is what was Yoru's rank before it became a black blade? Or alternatively how high would Shodai, Murakumogiri, Ace or other Supreme swords rank if it was turned into a black blade
