I'm just surprised that out of all predictions, all connections, all theories that Vegapunk hasn't even talked to Sanji. Like I didn't expect it to be his arc obviously. But how can you have that many connections to a character and his doings and don't even get mentioned.

But m8, he was there for a big chunk of major points.
First one to meet Hyori, had his own solo plot during first half of Wano.
Got a new toy that belonged to one of the most hard wanked characters in the series, despite being trash.
Had a "Supernova" big participation during Roof Piece.
Got compared to lots of samurais, including the most famous of them, Ryuma.
Got a major feat by being the second character in the story to be able to permanently scar Kaido.
Got CoC.
Shitted on Killer.
Shitted on Apoo.
But geez, guess Zoro wasn't that important at all.

see the problem here is that your changing the sliding scale of “this is a character’s arc”

my guy, I can list shit like you listed for Zoro in fucking Thriller Bark. And yet Thriller bark is NOT Zoro’s arc.

Saying “Zoro was not sleeping throughout the arc and did the bare minimum of a useful side character” IS NOT equivalent to “This is Zoro’s arc”

Oda does indeed purposefully make Zoro do nothing for a long time but let’s not act like Zoro doing the bare minimum is some mark of great relevance

@Salah WG Read the above post. Wano is not Zoro’s arc unless you change the general understanding of what that statement even means because you cannot compare Wano and Zoro to any other arc like Arlong park and Nami

It was. Go look up how many fanfics before and after Wano that were wrote of Sanji meeting VP between talking about the medicine, fixing the emotions, or joining Judge.

I'm not saying those would happen, but the moment Yonji said Vegapunk and then Queen talked about MADS, it was anticipated for VP and Sanji to have things to say about something at least. People ran wild with theories.
