People would be tripping if they think Wano did Zoro's character any favors.
No proper flashback and some half-assed lineage traced to Shimotsuki bloodline. Even his new sword was used to wank Oden.
Zoro did well in terms of feats/fights, but not character. And he'll get nothing for his character in the near future.

As for Franky, he's unfortunately too irrelevant to get that kind of focus.

Exactly like how Wano was not Zoro’s arc, Egghead is not Franky’s arc.

Better believe Elbaf will NOT be Usopp’s arc either.

Oda doesn’t have time for this.

It will be just another divide the strawhats; make them run and barely focus on the strawhat whose arc it could be. And then call it a day.
