Powers & Abilities Sword skill (without haki) is a myth: Haki makes a master swordsman

Why does Zoro uses three swords then?

Why did Mihawk didn't wanted to fight Shanks when he lost an arm 13 years ago? If all that matters is Haki, someone could use a kitchen knife to fight anyone, swordsman or not.

:kobeha:

Haki is important to anyone in the New World, swordsman are just dudes who use Haki with sharp weapons. Everything else they can't do with Haki that increases the power of their attacks (CoA and CoC) will end up falling in sword skills, defensive Haki such as CoO and quality of the blade (something we can barely talk about because all we know is there are cursed blades, which are the best ones crafted, and black blades, that are still a mystery).

Dudes think a swordsman can literally give up on being a swordsman and he will still be just as strong because all that matters is Haki

It's the same as saying that if you give a sword to someone strong enough then this guy is top 5 swordsmen of all time by default

Hypocrisy at its finest. We're done here.
We are literally watching the next Wss on his road to the top , all he’s improved is his power and haki I don’t understand where we are losing you

lf it was on the Sword there would not be an invisible field around it.. lf it was on the Sword it would
like hardening on a Sword..
Stop talking nonsense . Luffy, kaido zoro and Yamato have made contact with opponents while using Coc. Luffys fist went through kaidos face and he remarked that he was coated with Coc .

Haki>>>>>>>all but Sword skill doesn't matter.

Haki >>>>>>>>> all but physicality matters.

You can't have it both ways. She either demolishes him because she has Shanks level of Haki, or Zoro demolishes her because she severely lacks in all other categories, including Sword Skills.
If Tashigi has Shanks level of haki, which boosts your physical stats, she would demolish Zoro with a swing no matter how good Zoro's Swordstyle is

Brook and Ryuma has the same swordstyle Ryuma demolishes Brook through sheer force.

Exactly this is why the argument that king of lighting and these idiots have about haki and swordsmanship is stupid.

All top tier swordsmans have top tier haki hence why it was only swordsman that trained Luffy in haki

Zoro and king were already in contact before they got separated.. lt does not work..
Zoro was thrown away like a baseball..
Actually it works better since that forces the idea that an invisible forcefield pushed king hence his reaction lol

They will be pretty strong with a kitchen knife too, as shown by Zoro when he cut a house with kitchen knife. Without haki, they will be like fodders for new world. What does that tell you?

Enlighten us smartass, what are those things swordsmen "cant do with haki" that actually affects the outcome of a fight in the new world?

They wont be just as strong, but they will retain 90% of their strength. Give up haki, they will retain like 5-10% of their strength.

Not by default because they need to at least know the basic sword use, i.e. cutting and slashing. If Luffy learns the basics of sword (not any advanced skill), he automatically becomes a top 10 swordsmen in the verse. Tashigi can replicate Mihawk's swordskill, but she is still a fodder.

With further proves my point since he was trying to take zoros blade mid air. His sword was trying to take zoros sword and Zoro using not one move or gesture pushed king back using pure advanced coC
How was he trying to take Zoro's Blade?.. By Swinging right which is where Zoro got sent flying.. There was no AdCoC involved.. lol

I see you lack the ability to read. Zoro stated in the exact scene that king was actively trying to take his swords. We see his swords in the edges of kings blade which he uses to snatch blades. So again your argument was mute. You lost

Easier to accept this is the most vague and pointless stuff Oda has ever introduced in the manga lol
