Whatevers happening in the Holy Land was significant enough for Shamrock to personally go back to deal with it, so i doubt he'll deal with that and come back before everything is wrapped up in elbaf

Yes, Elbaf is indeed important to Imu and the wg narrative but still he went back to crush whatever is happening in the holy land, I don't think he'll complete that side quest before everything in Elbaf is wrapped up. Oda had to bring in imu to keep the tension after Shamrock left, because the holy knights that where remaining wouldn't be a threat to Luffy or Loki plus Gaban was there too
