It would be fine if this happened once or twice. But this is literally always how Loda writes her character.

She got humiliated by Robin in Alabasta and before that Zoro in loguetown.

At least Oda gives Kid some Ws, stealing BM’s poneglyph and beating BM.

But it seems like Oda just wants Tashigi to be useless so that Zoro can come in and save her. Still, Tashigi should at least keep up with the weak trio, so imo it’s about time she gets a haki boost.
