Whats the argument? They manipulated them by getting the revenge on oden and wano and Kaido did not know how to run business, while trying to start "the world greatest war"

After 20 years, who achieved, or was even near, his goal:
Orochi, who broke the samurai so hard they just want to die in battle after they lost all hope, ravaged the country into a wasteland, and pretty much everyone a slave, while accumalting wealth and living every day like he wanted to for 20 years
Or Kaido, whos goal was to start the biggest war and was taken down by some new upstarts and a smaller war than marineford, which in itself was a skirmish according to oda own words?

Orochi was never useful for Kaido, Orochi was a moron who ever samurai hated except for like 3 of them and wanted nothing more then to basically torture everyone in Wano for his childhood, Orochi is the main reason plenty of samurai never worked with Kaido. Kaido wasted an insane amount of money feeding and taking care of samurai in imprisonment that he could have saved by just killing Orochi 28 years earlier
My only issue would Gaban being portrayed as significantly above Luffy himself.
