Well, I only include the monster trio as example. While Luffy has both df & haki, his power is still mainly df related. While Sanji has both science & haki, Oda went out his way plastering science to Sanji's character.
Thus, haki went to Zoro. Especially if you consider cutting iron as CoA & Breath of All Things as CoO (Alabasta) and Asura as CoC (Enies Lobby).
Oda made the Straw Hat Pirates as a mix between the three actually:
- Science : Franky, Sanji, Nami & Chopper (and to lesser extent, Usopp)
- Haki : Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, Usopp, Jinbe, Yamato
- DF: Luffy, Robin, Chopper, Brook, Yamato
- None : Vivi

As we know Luffy vs Kaido is all about Haki, Luffy unlocking Advanced forms of Haki to even out the playing field against Kaido:

What Oda is doing thematically is showing off the two viable roads to power in the verse. Haki and Devil Fruits and their advanced forms. With these fights Oda is saying don't underestimate either of those and that Advanced Haki = OP or Hax Devil Fruit Awakening. These 2 fights are the two sides of the coin.

Eventually to get stronger, Luffy will learn both, and it's possible Kid or Law will too.
Oh, that's because Luffy already mastered his DF and he is now still training & learning his Haki. This is why Haki is shown more often post TS.
Sorry, let me rephrase my earlier sentences in that post. Luffy the way he is now (accomplishment) because of his df. Or you can say that Luffy's thematic power is his DF. If we quantify it, everything Luffy is at least 51% thanks to Gomu Gomu.

That’s fair but it’s equally influenced by haki.
If you were to put Sanji somewhere it’d be elemental because his haki, his body, his training all go to empower his fire.
In all fairness I don’t think “haki” is a fighting style for any of the monster trio they all use it to empower their true power system: fire, swordsmanship, and devil fruits.
