Apoo has no reason to join the alliance. He will be facing 2 Yonkos if he did so, he is smarter than that.
Hyogoro should die but knowing Oda, he won't. Atleast not yet.
Knowing Peros, he might actually side with Marco. He is unpredictable af.
Sanji will probably go save Scabbards, they have no one to protect them. But Oda might pull a sneaky one and give him the third option of which we don't know yet.

First question is kinda hard to predict, but I think Sanji will meet Momo and Yamato for the obvious gag, whether it's on Kinemon's place or not. Not denying the possibility of Queen coming over too.

I think Perospero will join against Marco although a bit reluctantly. It doesn't look like he wants to go against his mom's agreement on Yonko alliance and his dialogues kinda show that, but who knows what Oda will pull.

Hyo won't die, I think Chopper will make the cure in time. If Oda wanted to kill Hyo, he could have done it on this chapter instead of making a cliffhanger like this. But again, who knows.

Apoo is one tricky bastard though. At the moment he's still fighting for BP, but he could join the alliance the moment he sees advantage in alliance.

1. Sanji will go to Yamato and Momonosuke,
Sanji will relying on Yamato to save Scabbards because Yamato need a build up with the scabbards.
2. Perospero will try to attack Marco,
this could settle the matchup with Sanji/X-Drake/Apoo(perharps) against King/Queen/Perospero
3. Hyougoro will survive
its a common shonen cliffhanger, but in the end he will survive because Chopper somehow finished the cure.
4. Apoo will joined the alliance
The cure will make Apoo trying to join the alliance.

1.) Sanji will probably save the scarbbards cause he sensed Yamato is strong. Sanji will eventually take care of Momo, but thats when Yamato and Momo join with the scabbards, Yamato takes on Jack.

2.) Perospero will 100% join the Calamities and help destroy Marco

Either the option to go to Momo, or a third option that reconciles both. The reason I say Momo is because Sanji doesn't know who Yamato is, and Kin'emon and the other Vassals would want Sanji to defend Momo over them.

- Will Perospero join Marco or gang against him?

He will aid King and Queen. After his battle with Carrot, Perospero said he wants to prove to them not to mess with an Emperor. He's also agreed to trust his mom who wants to work with Kaido atm.

- Will Hyogoro really die?

No. This is only raising tension to give more weight to Chopper's accomplishment as a doctor.

- What's Apoo going to do?

He'll eventually realize that fighting alongside the Beast Pirates is pointless. Chopper's already agreed to cure the enemy forces infected. A gesture like that will get some Beast Pirates to switch sides, and seeing that could further convince Apoo that switching is the best option.
