I think that there will be two battles:

The first will be against marines, in this battle SHP will fight those members who got colored animal nicknames (Akainu or red dog, Green bull, black horse, ...etc) there should be 12 of them counting Aokiji (he might return to marines), SHP are 10 members right now so the number is close, it could become 11 vs 11 if Yamato joined & Aokiji didn't return.

The second & final battle will be against WG, where top SHP will fight Imu & Gorosei, & the others will fight new strong characters like Tobiroppo in Onigashima

Nah final war is more likely a 2 parter on 2 fronts, New Marineford and Mariejois. Even Zoro mentioned that if they were going after Vivi Mariejois, theyd have to assault New Marineford first.

Imo, post LT, the Fleet Admiral, Admirals and VAs will be fought first at New Marineford. Then we go to Im, Gorosei, Kong and other WG members in Mariejois.
