I cannot find the panel because i am from the phone, but i told you what i mean. Let's say Mihawk was not trying to cut Jozu but WB. He attacked WB TESTING his strength difference and could not cut Jozu.
This is a fact. Mihawk was uncapable of cutting a YC2 with the strength he wanted to use against the WSM.
You don't give a shit about Kaido, while he is the strongest in the world by canon. And you don't give a shit because it down plays your hero, that's why, pure dishonesty.
But we can argue that kaido never met him, as i said.

And Whitebeard failed his test as he needed Jozu to deal with even a casual attack from Mihawk.
But how tho? To cut Whitebeard, a lot less force is needed as even Squardo can cut Whitebeard. To cut diamond special mastery of Ryou or even CoC is needed. What is your point here?
