Not to me, One Piece is the best thing ever created, Tv-Shows/Movies/Mangas/Animes... nothing that i've ever seen comes anywhere near to how OP makes me feel (and yes, that is to me the most important part), art, animation, plot... and stuff are all secondary to me.

and i prefer the Anime 1000x over the Manga.

To each their own man. I am not denying that OP is fun, interesting, popular. It's the most sold manga iirc, it's got it's appeal. However, at least for me, it's far from being the best manga/anime, let alone the best work of art, like books, movies, etc.
