@Seth
At no point in story has it ever been shown or portrayed that Fujitora was only upset about the warlords and not about the rest of the government.
I think both Fuji and Akainu are gonna come to an agreement on a plan to do a coup against the WG after this arc.
WG were using Doffy as the medium to trade with a pirates country
With Doffy gone they had to literally step in themselves and sent CP0 for that, and Apoo/Morgans is gonna expose with their pictures leaked, I doubt Akainu will ignore this any further doing shit behind his back.
I literally think the “good” marine characters like Sengoku, Garp, Aokiji, and Fujitora are easily the best characters in the story but the community is too obsessed with autistic powerscaling to have any meaningful discussion about characters.
Explain the fact that the Navy hasn't never been so strong like it is now since Akainu became a Fleet Admiral, which includes Fujitora and Ryokugyu becoming Admirals

It could be an army thing. Fuji and Ryokugyu weren't the only ones recruited, there are two admiral candidates too.
And we have two characters from the old era as Roger training the new gen of marines since 2 years (Garp/Sengoku), alomg with new recruits from the draft.

I mean, if we ignore the fact that the Admirals and the Younko are mentioned together as the most powerful in the world, something that Luffy needs to eventually overcome to become the Pirate King and stuff, then you're right.
What do you think it means? That the Navy is strong not because of their highest military power being strong but due to random Navy soldiers?
Coby is the only relevant dude being actually trained by Garp, and he stills a Captain

Fujitora and Ryokugyu were part of Navy even before becoming Admirals, they were chosen from Military draft
what made Navy strongest is something that was non-existent before, which is very likely the SSG Project completion which Fujitora mentioned and thats why they don't need Shichibukai anymore and can handle things on their own
Evil Sanji has to be one of the lamest theories there is, like what he can even do? He would be bodied by alot of characters in Wano, so whats the point
