No. I really do hope a Mysterious Cyborg Oden Return.
He’s definitely been portrayed at points as a real scoundrel and incredibly unsympathetic...but I think we’re meant to root for him in spite of that thanks to his sacrifices, both impending and already seen. I do get where you’re coming from, but we’ll be out of the flashback within the next couple of chapters anyway.
I root for people I personally like.
Oden hasnt impressed me characterwise. I hate characters that are constantly hyped with little to show or offer. Not only that but hes shitty as well lmao. Then he has the audacity to blame it all on Orochi.
I dont mind if hes a flawed character. I generally like flawed characters. But theirs a line between being flawed....and just being pure selfish.
