Ugh no I literally explained why zoro isn't number 1 currently. No one this list is tanking ashura infused with coc with out defending themselves with something of equal power. The same can be said for mihawk Shanks luffy etc. I am saying to you that fuji and kizarus and greenbulls AP are not as strong as zoros based on feats especially because of advanced coc. However they are still within his tier because of defensive hax and speed hax associated with their devil fruits.

Shanks is the only one alive out of the people that kaido respects. Added with the fact that Shanks was the one that stopped kaido from coming to marine Ford. When we go based on portrayal Shanks is above kaido. Why? Because he is going to fight a stronger version of luffy that kaido lost to.

Now to be fair to kaido luffy only one because of kaido having to fight everyone and being tired. And kaido is still naturally more durable than kaido. However kaido stated that gol d Rodgers was the strongest and had no fruit. The only one who is replicating or surpassing Rodgers based on haki feats is shanks
