Point still stands though - Jinbei , Luffy and zoro had some feats against yonkou.

Jinbei blocked BM attack and also send her flying.



Sanji didn't get any such thing against a yonkou yet. And, perhaps he won't considering the next two yonkous are BB and Shanks

Bro him piercing a hole in her tough skin with a beam isn't a result of Law doing anything to weaken her skin specifically. It's mostly her SKIN that's hard to get to, though the other parts of her body are hard to pierce of course.
