The anime is mainly Anime Original cases now because the manga is always on hiatus, so if that's what you mean by filler then yes. The manga is all canon. But if u mean non BO cases then no. The manga though just hinted that a big BO case is about to start soon. And once BO plot started moving, we got the 6 week break announcement. So u have 1.5 months to catch up and the next case is probably BO related. But u never know, they might tease it and do it later.
