RS is a power up...for now, it is good power up but not to the point that it will jump many levels
Yes, King is YC1...even if Sanji beats him, he is still YC1 OF BEAST PIRATES

Nope, that is not how it works...if Sanji defeats King in Wano, that puts Sanji at YC1 in wano which is <=> Luffy at WCI depends on how Sanji defeats King or how "special" is King and his powers and so far Katakuri outclassed King in portrayal as King didn't have feats I take portrayal ...King didn't get any special treatment so far from their own pirate group itself unlike Katakuri ...

Also, Sanji defeating King in next arcs may diminish Luffy struggle in WCI but it doesn't matter much because Sanji defeated King in an arc where Luffy becomes top tier

Why would Sanji lead the crew with Luffy ???
He should do it without Luffy.
And Zoro had his oportunity to being called VC after Zou, where he could've had a Panel reffering him as the Lider of the ***** Group in Wano.
BUT HE WASN'T refered as that.
Zoro is a "Freelander"
While Sanji is a "Leader"...

Both together are Luffy as a captain...

Zoro is the First Mate, no one can say the opposite...
But as a vicecaptain, Sanji has more chances...

Get it through your thick skull, only Luffy, Nami, and to some extent, Zoro makes decision for the crew. Sanji was given opportunity to do it once and he didn't exactly rise to the occasion.

If decision-making and leadership is concerned, only Nami and Zoro has any dibs on the VC position.

you really can’t see the difference between dressrosa where sanji took charge in the middle of chaos and having multiple obstacles like the bigmom pirates,saving the minks,ceaser
and zoro “taking charge” when there was no danger taking their time on the plan of going to wano
