I'd be less worried about a chapter coming out this week and more worried about the possibility of Oda's health being an issue or someone around him.

Not saying those things are guaranteed, but people are worried about the wrong thing right now.

I'm happy as long as its nothing serious and they confirm its resumption next week.

Edit: If this is unscheduled and Oda is okay (just sick), then he has to at least do 2 sets of 3 chapters to get to chapter 1000 this year.
