Here we see Marco being torn to shreds, and regenerating with his pheonix fire. You can even see the holes left by the lasers. Marco is still a zoan, he does not have an intangible form. His full zoan form is enveloped in his fire which allows him to regenerate instantly. Explained here:

ah yeah the first panel showed how fast Marco regen is, he definetely torn to shreds.

We have choppers plot related to sakura blossoms and Law has the ability and some info on SAD. Vegapunk being the one to cure seems unlikely since its not like one of two are going. It would pretty much mean Wano has to offically join WG which I doubt will happen. Though Vegapunk abandoning WG might happen.

Marco takes all the damage he is hit by, it's just that he recovers extremely fast from it. If Marco takes too much damage at once, I'm sure his regeneration limit can be bypassed. Garp is all about dealing crazy amounts of damage in a sigle hit, which makes sense why Marco couldn't absorb it all at once, whereas Kizaru hit him with tiny light bullets which don't deal as much damage individually so it allowed Marco to regenarate normally.
I don't know, but I know for a fact that Kizaru didn't use one of his strongest attacks against Marco; even the kick which he took down the Mangrove with in Sabaody was more powerful than anything he hit Marco with, which proves how restricted the Admirals were against the commanders

Ya, it does look like a logia, and in practice, it is not much different than a logia since logia also regenerate. But there is a clear distinction:
1. If logia user has arm cut off by haki, he cannot regenerate.
2. If Marco has an arm cut off with haki, he can still regenerate.
Logias are not taking damage from Kizaru's lasers. But Marco takes damage and regenerates with his fire.
