Thats not how Zoro's injuries work.
Zoro is not Luffy. The two have similar endurance but they have very different durability and recovery. Actual serious damage Actually affects Zoro. In fact he's probably the only character who serious damage Actually does something. He has permanent scars from simply cutting his own feet and he was laid out for Arlong park and Sabaody because of injuries from other arcs, and even in Wano his injury from Killer actually affected him the next day.
Zoro having high endurance only matters for as long as the fight goes on. High endurance is being able to keep fighting when injured.
If Zoro is actually laid out like Thriller bark levels of Laid out, he will not be able to do anything for DAYS. Like i know Zoro could do Ashura against the pacifista in Sabaody but thats not enough for high level enemies in Wano. If Zoro actually gets injured to this level BEFORE the end of the big fights, that means for like five days the best person Zoro could actually defeat would be like Page one or something. Unless Marco just miracle cures him but if that happens then what was the point of him getting injured then if its immediately reversed by Marco.
I'm not necessarily saying this is impossible, but what im saying is that you the outcome of Zoro getting severely injured is very different from what you imagine. He's not Luffy. we have 1000 chapters showing Zoro taking damage doesn't work the same as Luffy.
