Imo Neko will handle Pero in the end. Dude might just get jumped by a ton of Minks and lose.
I still think whatever going on with Chopper can be handled/covered by recovering F6 members. Depending on Page 1/Ulti, maybe Usopp/Chopper handle them while Nami continues to protect Tama. It's a good way to keep broken ass Zeus away from knocking out anymore members.
Let's see, I have a feeling with the amount of time Oda will dedicate to transitioning, aka, showing:
- Yamato vs Kaido
- Orochi's whereabouts
- Raizo vs Fukurokuju
- Zoro's recovery, whatever happens to Chopper.
- Big Mom vs Kid/Law
- Drake vs Apoo
- Killer vs Hawkins
- 5-10 Numbers eventually
- Potentially the BMP getting involved somehow
- However Luffy gets back up to Kaido.
That also needs to be incorporated in these battles, it's going to take far longer than 2 more volumes
As such, I can't see for example, Zoro vs King happening before Hawkins vs Killer/Drake vs Apoo is over or they stop fighting/Change sides. Imo this will take longer than expected, especially since we can't truly determine if Page 1/Ulti/WsW/Sasaki are down yet. None of them received proper victory moments against their opponents, aka Oda showing "don" moments of them knocked out. Oda cut those scenes short, for the first time in the series mind you, for some reasons.
With the idea of high recovery, I have to question if anything is even resolved yet on Kaido's side, even if it looks like people have truly won.
I also think Beast Pirates vs Strawhats will be entirely exclusive, so I don't see Chopper fighting Pero, nor do I see Marco/Inu fighting King/Jack, which you agree I can see. Not sure who fights Jack. I guess Jinbe is possible, or Yamato somehow in the future, just not sure how for either. We'll see.

Yes Jabra was weird in a good way. Queen is just all over the place.
