Oden should just teamup with these guys and the samurai of wano and they could take Kaido down on their own, but his dumb move kill him in the end and all the others...

Had Oden accepted Raleigh's help and had he called in the other daimyos they would have surely won in a landslide. Prime Hyo, prime Ushimaru and prime Yasu were beasts and the Roger pirates were no weaklings either.

Oden is portrayed as someone who wants to do everything by himself. And this very characteristic was his greatest flaw.
He didn't want to be revered either. He just wanted to take everything upon himself, sacrifice himself for everyone else.
He never wanted to gather followers and did not even have interest in having a good time with all his retainers after defeating Kaido.
He was willing to shoulder the entirety of Wano all by himself, without ever asking for help and without no one even knowing that he was doing so.
Ultimately, Oden did not consider himself on the same level as his friends.


He poses as a polar opposite to SH crew and Luffy's type of leadership.

I don´t even count the help of Rayleigh and the others since it would be to much for Kaido and his small crew back then.
Oden and the samurai of wano where clearly enough if they would assemble on their own and fight Kaido.
Let say Rayleigh would help Oden, Kaido would clearly overwhelmed by them, alone by the force of Rayleigh+Gabban and a trick like against Oden only work one time... 3 Top tiers and lot of high tiers vs Kaido,King and Queen who all where not in prime tells a lot.

Yeah Oden&his peeps would've swiped the floor with Crydo. There would be no Beast Pirates, Orochi would cry alone in some corner (if he'd even still be alive) and Wano would have never turned into an inhospitable environmental disaster and weapons factory.
