I mean, i don't know about all his crazy theories, but the simple predictions on chapter numbers he has been pretty on point

he predicted Jinbei coming back in the correct chapter

he predicted Onigashima being moved in the correct chapter

and he also predicted the sky split in the correct chapter it seems

so i think 1031 could be related to Onigashima falling

what i could see is 1031 showing Onigashima getting pretty close to hit flower capital and then Momo finally holds the island, and then it starts his hour of legend, just like Oden, and Oda proceeds while Momo is holding the island

but i don't think Sanji vs Queen and Zoro vs King will last that long, because i believe Straw Hats vs Kaido will happen before the end, since they are all doing good enough to fight again and we're still waiting for the "9 shadows" prophecy to become real

I think Hawkins and Fukurukuju could be resolved pretty fast, just by looking how fast Jack and Perospero went down

I think Apoo vs Drake | Big Mom vs Law and Kid will keep going at a stale mate for a long ass time, during Straw Hats vs Kaido

and Orochi will stay hidden and run around until the end of the arc, i think he will only get caught and dealt with by the end, there's many people that could finish him off

to be fair, Oda has been pretty fast so far, we got the 15 minutes info in chapter 1022, and now in chapter 1027 we are already at 5 minutes left.

so i think 5 chapters for the last 5 minutes might be enough.

So was Sanji using the Raid Suit and invisible this past chapter? that's why we didn't see him and Queen went back to Zoan form? to tank hits from an invisible enemy.

That would kinda explain it.
