Seems unlikely for him to use the Suit now out of nowhere, since it looked like the suit messed up his body and he looked fine without it. But is thats the case, the reasons must be very well explained.

I was expecting for him to use it to avoid Queen's plagues atleast at most.. And it looks like he will already get a power up

Yea also Oda never gives predictable powerups for fights.
