Why does it make sense for Sanji to have CoC?
In the New World there are several strong foes that are Conquerors. Sanji has had his will broken by even non-Conquerors.
He can't beat any Conquerors. They're on another level. Especially given that strength was never his focus.

Having your will broken doesn't disqualify you from having CoC we have already seen two conqueners Luffy and Don chinjao have thier will broken.

Whether it was done by a conqueror or non-conquener doesn't matter. What matters is how you react to it. Sanji was able to bounce back and recover his will just like Luffy.

I wouldn't call conqueners being on another level to Sanji. Sanji has already surpassed Don chanjo and is approaching Katakuri's level after wano.

Your right that strength isn't a core aspect of Sanjis character. However with in the strawhat crew his strength has always been highlighted as the n3 fighter of the strawhats.

Sanji has also shown leadership and the ability gather allies. We've seen him in punk hazard leading the marines and having them help the strawhats. In Dressrosa Sanji did this agian with viola and the same happened with pudding in wci.

In terms of willpower whether you like it or hate Sanji has strong willpower in not breaking his rule to hurt women and willing to die to not break this rule.

I see can Oda linking sanji's conqueners to kidnessn where as Luffy's is his chirsma and Zoro his blood thirst.

I agree. Sanji has shown leadership. But he’s also shown how pathetic he could be. I think he will eventually awaken CoC. And once he does, the significance of CoC will die. If someone as simp made as Sanji carries a quality that the likes of Doflamingo, Roger, Xebec, Whitebeard carries has, it desecrates the importance of CoC in the first place. Sanji is no where near as special as these people who have built empires surrounding them, known to stand in the pinnacle of something in someway.

coc has not been linked to any of these traits
and i dont think it will , however it is the embodiment of the spirit of the user. he can remain the n3 fighter without it as well.
