for sure Jinbe is not that weak , he even stopped BM sword attack without being hurt , for sure his feats are better than that of Queen. to be honest his bounty seems to be much smaller than it should be. we tend to judge characters because of the bounty . to be honest i think one of the reasons why Jinbe is not in the crew yet is that he is stronger than Zoro and Sanji.
No Jinbei was on the helm of the ship. Remember Jinbei has a perfect counter to Katakuri so Oda couldn't make it obvious like Jinbei and Luffy should just team up and they can deal with Katakuri in a few minutes... Nahhhh... We had to make sure The guy who can perfectly counter the villain is specfically not the one who fights unless it's Luffy countering Enel
Yonkou Commanders Overrated ?
Jozu maybe appeared too soon in the manga : at first at Marineford he was a threat to Admirals and then he was defeated by everybody.
Cracker : he made a really big impression on me.
Luffy just defeated Dofflamingo with his new form. Super strong G4 who offensive power seemed on par with the top of the top of One Piece World. Wow. I was impressed. And then Cracker randomly stop it with his biscuit. Truly a new league.
Jack ? Invincible Tank who fighted during 3 days aainst Nekomamushi an Inuarashi who have even hype by Luffy ( and winner hating via Chemials Weapons ). Then, the guy attack Fujitora, Sengoku and Tsuru.

They are. Jack just has stamina and little else. He's just a big damage sponge. Cracker's a one trick pony. He's no different than Satori who can evade all attacks, but once their weakness is exploited, they become helpless. Cracker was especially troublesome to Luffy because Luffy couldn't get to his real body whilst wasting his Gear 4 timer.
Jozu is more along the lines of the commanders I mentioned. He has one really good aspect about him, but he's mediocre everywhere else. The first commanders have so far been the most complete fighters, imo.

All understandable things, I use to think Zoro was gonna fight King for his main fight this arc But after rereading Oda has focused Zoro more on Orochi side. He shown interest in avenging Yasuie and personally wants to take down Orochi and we know that Orochis number 1 underling right now is Kyoshiro. We really don't know how strong Kyoshiro is compared to others for King and Queen its easily to tell since they're commanders so they should rank somewhere inbetween 1st/2nd/3rd whatever commander lvl... For Kyo its hard to say. I don't think Zoro will have to develop something new to beat King or Kyo he can just use his timeskip training but maybe he shows more in a later fight against Kaidou? Not quite sure tbh but IMO Zoro is for sure getting multiple fights durng this War
