Oda relies too much on narration and subsequent hype. If you analyze Wano there is 40-45% actual content, the rest is filler.
Mangakas need rest, yes, but the quality of the story is gradually decreasing. It would be better to release chapters without breaks.
Alternatively, Oda should improve the quality of Manga.

It actually does change those stats and pretty much every other stat
She is the strongest character atleast theorically speaking, but she's nerfed by the plot to such a ridiculous degree that it's laughable
She has adv coc, top tier armement haki, a devil fruit that could potentially grant her the best physical stats in the entirety of OP as well as the ability to create armies of logias like Zeus who are immune to haki and physical attacks and have Gear 4 lvl of ap
In any other story her abilities would've been given to the final boss
She's the embodiment of why narrative will always be more relevant than logic
