We have a few black characters in Bleach too (although Kubo made them all look really bad as far as I know in some way, despite how cool two of them were initially) and I can't think of any black female characters in Bleach off the top of my head unfortunately.
Oh wait, Harribel? Duh lmao, she's literally one of my faves lol. Although she has blonde hair despite being black potentially, it is fantasy/anime so anything's possible really ofc lol.
Idk if its intentional but given Kubos deep love of Western culture (not Wild West but that too I'm sure lol), as in bands/music and fashion for example, I wonder if Harribel is actually based on Halle Berry too? Harribel is meant to be pronounced like "Halli/Hally bear" or so I think in Japanese?
I'm purposely using the pic of Halle Berry as Storm as I love Storm too and thus Halle Berrys take on her especially. Although X-Men animated series and Evolution have my fave versions of Storm overall lol.
On a semi related side note, Shinobu from No More Heroes is a fucking awesome, beautiful, badass black female "anime character" too:
