From what I can tell via shitty translate:
- Someone "hints" at an additional person that came with Marco, Neko, and Izo (I need someone to corroborate the shitty translation if true, this is huge)
- Yamato does want to go out to see with Luffy (wanted to with Ace, now Luffy is her next best chance)
- Kaido kills Orochi (? probably not dead anyway)
- Yamato is supposed to be the new shogun of Wano (called "new Onigashima")
- Kaido was only being friendly to Orochi to build his weapons to start this war. He want to team up with BM to find the Ancient Weapons and use Wano to start an independent country from the WG to destroy the world basically.
- Wants to establish the Flower Capital as the main base of operations.
Honestly, it sounds WAY too real. Its all shit I never thought of when it came to their relationship.
Edit: The spoiler has a ton of fodder dialogue, which is totally up Oda's alley lol. Its...actually the main reason why I believe the spoilers lol.

They are talking about how the samurai haven't reached the back yet. Someone is exicited that someone else came (probably Kiku and Izo)

If this spoiler and Google translation of it is correct then I was right. Kaido wants to turn Wano into Beehive
It may be my bias talking but if this spoiler is correct, then Yonkous are significantly weak compared to WG/Marine. They are talking about natural fortress and so on....basically they are hiding from WG/Marines.
