Given Kidd's love for destruction he is opposite to luffy who loves to help people. A immediate foil if luffy was born with bad intention .

Given i see luffy s rival with BB and kidd rival with shanks. We know Shanks dislikes Blackbeard as well it seems like the plot will set up for kidd/luffy/BB/Shanks in upcoming arc.

Possible, would like to see those interactions
