It's most likely Hawkins prediction about 1% survival is towards one of the 5 above the roof!
Please, just please don't take the obvious route of (Luffy or Law)
They are just the most obvious choice!
Killer is irrelevant with all respect!
So make ir either Kidd or Zoro!
I think the fandom would be in uproar the mist if Zoro was on verge of death before closing the curtains for act 3 ending!
And before you jump on my ass saying I hate Zoro, it just means Zoro is getting back up much stronger later on and also there will be lots of focus on him and emotion from the crew towards losing him!
It's so much awesome screentime!
We already are exhausted with Luffy on verge of death and crew already experienced that tons of time!
But having Zoro bleeding to death, Luffy's reaction! God, can you imagine!
Chopper reaction to his big bro Zoro! Even Sanji as much as they fight, they both care for one another
Kidd is a good choice to subvert expectation with Law... and would be a good opportunity to indulge to his past with interrupting the flow and seem out of placement flashback, it could start through having Killer remember the early days of kidd, maybe they are childhood friends, and through killer's eyes we see the flashback of both combined!
But Luffy or Law are exhausted cards to use the 1% survival on them, it will bring nothing new!

I wonder if Kidd could manipulare Kairoseki / Seastone with his powers, think about it...
If Kidd's power allows him to create points of magnetic atraction, instead of manipulating single objects, then Seastone could be manipulated by him, since the effect is not directly on the object, kinda like Mr. 3 can use a candle wax key to open a Seastone cage.
Even if Kidd can't manipulate full on Seastone objects, what about objects that are a mix between steel and seastone? like the Marines' handcuffs, he could manipulate the steel part of it.
If he could stuff like that, that's a way for him to hurt Kaido without using Ryou.
