How many swords do you think Zoro will use to kill Crydo?
Is it going to be one sword style like Ryuma dragon slaying moment? Or it going to be 2 swords style like Oden giving Crydo PTSD, but ending the job this time? Or 3 swords style as Zoro trading mark? Or 9 swords style because asura is cool?

One sword should be enough but for aesthetic purpose, a new asura attack (not necessarily with 9 swords, it could be a new Asura mode) is better.

While 1-sword style may be cool, it is used up by Ryuma in Monsters, by Zoro in Punk Hazzard and teased through Hiryu Kaen...
It is time for Zoro to do something new and the one that fits the narrative the most is 9 sword style.
Wano commoners will witness the act and for them to proclaim Zoro a new Sword God he needs to look godly and in Asura, he does.

Hybrid Kaido will most likely be pretty tough to defeat.

Zoro needed 3 to vanquish Pica but he wasn't remotely as powerful as he is now, Hybrid Kaido is also no joke on the other hand.

But if Kaido will already be on the verge of defeat mostly thanks to Zoro's performance then 1 would suffice.

Imo he could do that by wounding a stronger hybrid kaido something oda never faced. I always saw the beheading as a 1 sword with enma making enma a kokuto in the process.

I think if Oda wants to replicate Oden's feat but this time hitting the head it might be 2 swords, maybe a Rashomon, but I think it would look too repetitive that way.
