Kid and Sengoku actually have a better case than Mihawk. Kaido said "That Kid Brat also has the color of the supreme king" in chapter 924.p6 and it was stated in Goku's vivre card that he has it. There is not one single mention about Mihawk having it. There is also Dragon who I am not too clear about even though Garp said something about Luffy being born with it. The main point I am tryna make is every character that has CoC have had some sort of evidence to back that claim.
