Shanks' Conqueror's Haki is to him what Kaido's durability is to Kaido; they are the things in which both excel. Roger is not more durable than Kaido, so there's no reason for me to think that he has Haki stronger than Shanks', in which Shanks excels.

AdCoC is not infused in the Blade, it's an invisible Armor layer around the Blade.. So it's not swordsmanship..

He literally did those haki slashes against Pica. After he sent the top half flying with ISDS, he did way bigger haki slashes than the enma one. So yeah he obviously he had the Haki and control for even more haki. He just didn't flow it with full force like enma demands.

The difference was that he wanted to and put out the amount of haki he wanted to while enma forces haki out at full force which drains you quickly so Zoro was holding it back while fighting until end of King fight.
