Anime will clear that out showing King doing more or less nothing and struggling to move while Queen being more or less fresh

Plus his chest is cut open with wound worse than Mihawk gave Zoro.
Remove a sword from a non swordsman
Magically remove lunarian genes from lunarian
Remove flying ability from a flying dino

What Shanks used is still a new ability we know nothing about, many questions remain to be answered.

The whole injured thing doesn’t add up when king and queen have 7 days of rest time.
Luffy literally beat don krieg who is starving and have bandages yet oda don’t bother bring him back to see his peak . So fresh don krieg > luffy now ?
The same zoro suffer chest wound by mihawk and suddenly he is fine when fighting mr.1 and get new moves on enemies .
It is not like kuma situation where he appears on same day when luffy and his friend beat oars and gecko moria.
