My point was the figarlands are not important enough to have a permanent seat, read more carefully

When Vegapunk was talking about the One Piece in his speech, and Oda showed us the famous panel, none of the elders were in it, however all the 3 Figarlands were shown. Shamrock, Garling, and Shanks.
If the elders were really so important, Oda would have shown them.

All 3 Figarlands are part of the race to OP spread. They are far more important than the 5 goroclowns. They are also under Imu directly so goroclowns don’t have that shit over em
