The Final Road Poneglyph has been missing for ages, Shiryu theorized that it was under world government control but I don't think thats the case

I believe its in the heaven realm and here's why

Lets think about where the other 3 where located

First was in fishman island before Jinbe hand delivered it to Big Mom

Second one was located on Zunesha the giant elephant and home to the minks

Third was found on Wano, the original forgers of the Poneglyphs and home to Toki

And even the normal Poneglyphs where found in places like Skypeia, Alabasta etc etc

What do all these places have in common?

All these places where allied to Joyboy and his forces according to the Harley text

After the war each nation that allied themselves with joyboy was entrusted with a Poneglyph a part of the story

So wouldn't it make sense that the final road Poneglyph be somewhere in elbaf?

Isn't it interesting we've yet to see a glimpse of the heaven realm at all not even in flash back land

I believe that is where the final road Poneglyph is and I also believe we'll see a shrine to the original Nika there

There's a reason why Imu wants to subjugate Elbaf and it isn't just for the giants strength its for that final Poneglyph that tells the you exactly how to get to raftle

So in my opinion the final road Poneglyph is on the highest realm of Elbaf aka Heaven Realm

Fyi, you're mistaken about the WCI Road Poneglyph. We don't really know where it came from (if it was in WCI before it becoming WCI or if BM found it elsewhere), but it wasn't Jinbe that delivered it. Jinbe only found a common poneglyph in his cover story (Journey of Jinbe, Knight of the Sea) and gave it to BM.

The FI Road Poneglyph disappeared mysteriously between Roger's journey to Laugh Tale and the current times. That's the missing one, rumoured to be in possession of the man with the burn scar.

Btw, Jinbe's poneglyph can be an important historical poneglyph, since Brook made a copy of it too along with another common poneglyph. Also, your theory might be true, especially if someone from Elbaf (Gaban?) ends up being the man with the burn scar (although the Road Poneglyph would be originally from FI).

Can't wait to see Robin finally revealing the contents of the poneglyphs in detail.

Plot twist, Harald is alive and is the man marked by flames. GODA foreshadowed it here, also Harald was wearing all black like the burned mark man's ship and due to it, got mistaken for Rocks who has black hair and is wearing all black too, GODA I KNEEL!:

But yeah in seriousness, I expected the final RP to be in Elbaf too. Heaven Realm would have been perfect, especially with the theories and my hopes that the heaven realm connects to the sky islands and is the actual entrance to the white sea/skypeia or w/e that Gan Fall mentioned.

I can't believe we still haven't got to know what those rubbings say lol, sigh. Thanks for reminding me, I had forgotten about it but it was bugging me for ages and I clearly waited vainly in cope for Oda to reveal it, especially around Wano with her and Law on their bizarre poneglyph adventure and "seeking the D" giggity.
