When Luffy fights Blackbeard, Teach will get a long flashback anyway. Save some of the God Valley stuff for that. Going from WB, Kaido, Xebec starring into Imu's ringed eyes into Strawhats and giants looking at Imu is a good transition. Now is the time to end it!!!

We still don't know anything about Harald's death, so the flashback will continue.
In the next chapter, even if GV ends, the flashback won't end.
This flashback may even go as far as showing Shanks and Loki's fight.

Apperently we have official confirmation from Oda or his assistant that entire GV incident will be explained in Elbaf arc.

The flashback will go one we still need to know how Harald died, from what I've read Oda said he will show all the God valley incident in this flashback. That means it will have to show how rocks died, then we will probably have harlads death and the end of the flashback

This flashback started with Loki explaining what happened in the castle 14 years ago so it will end with that.
We are not even close to that part yet.
