Being serious for a moment, I actually think Joy Boy was the first D., insomuch as his entire crew was, as well.
It was a SHs vs Mr. 2 scenario, where Joy Boy's crew were up against self-proclaimed "allies", which in truth were followers of Imu, and JB's crew decided upon a system to identify themselves as "knowers of the actual truth" (i.e. that Imu had destroyed the AK), and they picked the D. initial as their middle name for future failchecks.
