Tell me again that Luffy’s secret dream isn’t to hear everyone’s laugh.

Let’s go over all the evidence:

1. Nika is constantly laughing
2. WsW said Nika made all the slaves laugh
3. The One Piece, Joyboy’s treasure, made the Roger Pirates laugh uncontrollably
4. Oda goes out of his way to give every character their own unique laugh
5. Kaido, a false Joyboy, forced people to laugh against their will.
6. Luffy’s dream is apparently very childish
7. Nika is literally called the God of Laughter

Laugh Tale is Named just like Snowy Tale from Drum Island Flashback,
It's about a World covered in Non-Stop Laughter, just like Drum Island was covered in Snow

However, Hiriluk's Dream was to make that Snow look like Sakura shit (What He used to represent something to defy the Impossible),
Since Joy Boy is First Pirate, then him being first to draw that Skull indicates his Enemy is "Death" itself, He wanted to Challenge it,
And his Solution was "Laughter"

In other words, it's about a World where People can't Die as long as They laugh,
That's why Roger, Garp, Ace & so many were seen Laughing/Smiling as They Die or close

However, i wanna point out that Joy Boy wanted to turn Laughter into something more Impactful, cuz his Kingdom was already like that before He made his touch, just like Mock Town

I think Joy Boy's Kingdom was like a Circus or Theater, inspired from the Movie "Adventures of Baron Munchausen", where a Play turned into an Adventure that was later revealed to be just another part of that Play, yet those Stories did solve the people's problem, and makes you wonder which parts of movie were Real & which were Fake

Think of it like Buggy's Circus

In my opinion the laughter is because of joy and strength, Luffy for example laughs a lot because he will win, Joyboy and Emeth were happy because Emeth found out he will be saved, Nika laughs because he is victorious

Yeah, it’s some variation of make the world laugh/ big party or something.

For other points add in the journey is to the mythical island of Laugh Tale, predecessor Luffy literally being called Joy Boy and that the series is famous for it’s characters all having unique laughs. And there’s likely others through the series that could be mentioned
