The underworld and Cp0 and supernovas and other strong organizations probably have some secret ways to find them

I mean, Big Mom was sailing the seas since Rocks' era and had the Underworld Emperors on the palm of her hand (they're at least wary enough to not decline a Tea Party's invite), and still couldn't find a single Roger Pirate to forcefully give her tips about Laugh Tale's location?

To capture someone you need to be far stronger than them.capturing is not beating, even an admiral that isn't kizaru can't catch a fleeing yc1 let alone a fleeing toptier.
To capture Rayleigh you would need the full attention of two admirals so that he doesn't escape

this would apply to being able to escape from an enemy while carrying someone else/protecting someone like sanji with kizaru he would have had to be far stronger then kizaru to be able to escape with vegapunk while he was already dodging saturns attacks ( what happened was kizaru kicked him and this led to losing his grip on vp and vp getting stabbed

The Roger pirates were relevant in most of the big lore arcs. They even appeared in Roger's and Kuma's flashbackstories.

Going into Elbaf and Lough Tale we will 100%ly learn more about the Roger Pirates. Roger is literally a kind of protagonist since chapter 1.

That aside...we have plenty time to build up a few other Roger pirates, mainly Scopper Gaban.
So Vegapunk's speech could actually be the trigger for one or two Roger pirates making their moves.

I think it will be Scopper and he will probably aid some pirates in future. Would even go harder if he aids the Navy in some way too once the Navy realizes that World Government is the true evil.

So many possibilities tbh and I am looking forward to it!

I doubt there will be a big hunt going on, but in some way or shape something will be built up.
