Being better than the movie is not hard

I mean they've spent years on new secondary avatar content and re runs to prepare the audience for the new LA adaption. If anything it brought more attention to the animated series and that's already a W
Many kids of today that may have never seen the cartoon are watching it now because of the la
BTW, I heard the rumors that next year we'll get a movie on older Gaang plus the next earth avatar series is in works. I wasn't too happy with Korra (I mean, I liked the world building, but wasn't that much fan of most characters), but I'm still intrigued.

Idk if I m comfortable with the over milking of the Avatar franchise. I'd rather have TV adaption of the Kyoshi novel than yet another avatar

It really depends on who is making the movie on the older gaang, if it's Netflix they're going to treat it like the la series

Agree, I am also interested in some of the older avatars, the origin of avatar was a highlight in Korra series for me.

Here's what I've seen, looks promising:
Production Team
Original Avatar: The Last Airbender co-creators Bryan Konietzko and Michael DiMartino will produce the film alongside Eric Coleman. The film will be produced under the Avatar Studios banner, created in 2021 as part of Nickelodeon's commitment to expanding the beloved franchise.

The moment Netflix decided to remove Sokka's and Katara's character to "fits" the modern audience (aka Woke agenda), I completely lost hope in the series, well not like I have any expectations for the Live Action anyway.

And they have the audacity to add genocide in the series but can't have Sokka being sexist to women like the original show did.:milaugh:

Yeah Hollywood is brain rotted.
