Kaidou dodged some Attacks because he didn't wanna get hurt & most time he just embraces Damage

But with Hiryu Kaen, Big Mom yelled & Kaidou dodged because "They didn't know what could happen" !!!
The Attack was so powerful that they weren't sure if Kaidou can Survive it or not

In other words, Kaidou sometimes "Chooses" to Dodge Attacks
But against Hiryu Kaen, he had "No Choice but to Dodge", and to showcase that to the audience, Oda made Big Mom shout like that

On the other hand, when Yonko used Hakai, Luffy told Supernova that something huge is coming & they must dodge
(It's like opposite scene of Hiryu Kaen One). Zoro didn't dodge & chose to face it straight on
So yeah, Yonko aren't ruined, it's just that Zoro reigns supreme among Warriors
