What if Imu belongs to a race that originates from the moon ?

Think of the otsotsuki from Naruto. God-like immortal beings with distinctive eyes.

This is a pretty common theory but I’ll add my own spin on it.

What if Mihawk is also a member of this race and maybe he and Imu are brother and sister ? Now you will point out that Mihawk is known to be 43 years old so he can’t be some sort of an immortal moon race being.

But maybe he is. In Boruto there is the character of Isshiki Otsotsuki who inhabits the body of the human Jigen. Maybe Mihawk is a moon race being inhabiting the body of a human.

This means that the Mihawk we see now may not even be the real Mihawk. In his true form, in his real body, Mihawk may be hundreds if not thousands of times stronger than the Mihawk we know now.

Cavendish may have a small degree of descent from the moon race which explains Hakuba.

The celestial dragons may or may not be descended from the moon race or they may wrongly believe themselves to be or maybe they claim descent to make other people see them as special.

In my opinion, that is to much. I also thought that the whole alien stuff in Naruto was just to much. I mean, the people from moon are pretty plausible so far, who know if the "D." is not related to that, but some overpowered alien race above all others... i dont like it.

Acording to the Enel cover story the moon people are the Shandians, Skypeans and Birkans, but could be Very likely that they have some connection with tha D. Clan and pehaps with Im to.

I believe in the end everything will have connection, even Germa 66 somehow will be involved in Void Century. I doubt that Oda made em appear for no reason.
So yes...there is possibility that Im also comes from moon.
